CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

We recommend notifying us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Pick Your Own bookings: are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time. There are no refunds for no shows. Unfortunately processing fees are non-refundable at any time.

Snip + Sip PYOs: Food preorders can only be cancelled up to 7 days prior to booking date, due to supplier terms. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds for food items.

Charleston Farm is an outdoor venue designed for Spring-Autumn events. However, as we are subject to Mother Nature, sometimes good weather isn’t always provided. In the event of cold, wet or extremely windy weather, we will liaise with you in the lead up to your event and chat through the options (i.e hire shelter, reschedule, change venue).

If for some reason there are no flowers blooming or the patch is deemed unsafe for visitors due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. overnight storm), we will provide an option to either reschedule a later date or provide a full refund.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Picnics are not permitted during standard Pick Your Own sessions, which run for 60 minutes, unless explicitly offered by us at time of booking.

You're welcome to bring a water bottle or small snacks for young children, but we kindly ask that you avoid dropping food or leaving any waste behind. Even small crumbs can attract rodents, and we work hard to keep our flower patch as pest-free and tidy as possible. Please take all rubbish with you when you leave.
